Order Processing:
All orders are shipped within 24 hours, excluding Sundays or major holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for processing during peak periods.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method chosen and your location.
- U.S. Postal Service Saver: 5 - 7 business days
- UPS Expedited: 3 - 4 business days
- UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking:
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Domestic Shipping:
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
International Shipping:
At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States. Please check back for updates on international shipping.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first contact the delivery courier directly to file a claim and then reach out to us.
